UCCI - A passion for the guest experience.

Hi, I’m Julia Paolucci, creator of UCCI Consulting.

I’ve spent my career in very different worlds - corporate banking at HSBC, scaling B2B tech, and entrepreneurship in Hospitality. Across France, the UK and the US, I’ve orchestrated product localisations, market expansions, and building businesses from scratch.

At UCCI Consulting, we are focused on the new age of the guest experience across all Hospitality specialties.

Our cross-sector mix brings perspective that spans industries, first-hand knowledge of what it takes to build (including in a foreign culture).

We make working together easy - through our values of openness, clarity, and flexibility.

Outside work

When I’m not working, I practise lots of physical exercise (squash, swim, yoga, dance, rinse, repeat). I believe in offline Sundays. I learn new languages, cycle around Paris, and love the ballet. I live at Bastille with my partner and often bounce to the south of France.
